Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on lulevi.com. The shop is run by FZ Trade OÜ, trading as Lulevi (registry code 12866130, VAT EE102763630, Anne tänav 86-56, 50705 Tartu, Estonia, info@lulevi.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Products and personalisation

Our products are personalised and made to order. We make each item exactly as you submit it, so please check spelling, names, dates and photos before you order. Colours may look slightly different on screen and on the finished item.

2. Your photos and text

When you upload a photo or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. We may decline to make content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If a price is obviously wrong, we may correct it or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, using the methods shown at checkout.

5. Production and delivery

We make your order in 1–3 days and ship it from Spain. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days to mainland Spain, 2–4 to the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and 3–7 to the rest of the EU. Prices and destinations are in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you, or to someone you have named who is not the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

For items that are not personalised, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Personalised and made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Our Refund Policy explains how to withdraw and includes the model withdrawal form.

7. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, we remake it free of charge or refund you in full, including shipping. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products. Just email info@lulevi.com with your order number and a few photos.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and designs belong to FZ Trade OÜ and may not be used without our permission.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at ttja.ee, or the European Consumer Centre in your country through ECC-Net. You can also bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence or of Estonia.
