Track your order

When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It is the quickest way to follow your parcel. The order confirmation email has no tracking link yet, because we make your gift first.

Find your order

• Open the shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking number.
• If you created an account, you can also see your orders in your account.

When will it arrive?

We make your order in 1–3 days. Delivery then takes 1–3 working days to mainland Spain, 2–4 to the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and 3–7 to the rest of the EU.
