We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal and most of the EU (not to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Cyprus or Malta). Each item is made to order in 1–3 days, then the carrier delivers it.

Mainland Spain: €3.49 to a pickup point or €4.99 to your door. Balearic Islands: €5.49 or €5.99. In both, shipping is free from €30 to a pickup point and from €50 to your door. Portugal: €3.99 or €5.99, free from €49. Rest of the EU: from €6.99, free from €69 or €99 depending on the country. The exact price appears at checkout once you enter your address, and your cart shows the shipping price and how close you are to free shipping.

Personalised items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us: we remake it or refund you, shipping included. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days; the return shipping is paid by you.

Use a clear, high-resolution JPG, PNG or HEIC (up to 8 MB). We'll warn you if your image looks too small to print well. Bright, well-lit photos give the best result.

Wipe lamps with a soft, dry cloth. Personalised bottles are best hand-washed to keep the print looking its best. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and other local methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
